Welcome to indiefilmcoop, the home of the Philippine Independent Filmmakers Multi-Purpose Cooperative.

The Cooperative has the following objectives:

1. To provide independent film services such as, but not limited to, the production, distribution, exhibition, promotion and marketing of films in whatever medium or format; importation and exportation of film equipment, facilities and services; and other similar activities.

2. To generate and source funds for filmmaking and its related activities.

3. To extend savings and credit facilities to its members for the production of independent films and for other similar productive or provident purposes.

4. To provide training and education programs in filmmaking and related aspects,

5. To procure and sell goods and services for the use of its members.

SERVICES TO BE OFFERED:

1. Film distribution and marketing services

MEMBERSHIP

REQUIREMENTS FOR MEMBERSHIP:

1. Completion of the required Pre-Membership Education Training.

2. Undertaking to uphold the by-laws, policies, guidelines, rules and regulations promulgated by the Board of Directors and the General Assembly.

3. Payment of the required membership fee of P1,000.00.

4. Filing of duly accomplished memberhip form and approval by the Board of Directors.

5. Subscription for a minimum of five (5) capital shares at P1,000.00 per share.
